Field Service Technician — Dartmouth

The Role
Responsibilities
Reports to the Service Supervisor
Diagnose and repair service equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance
Manage van inventory
Maintain customer equipment cost-effectively
Respond to service requests and determine on-site repairs
Check parts availability
Complete service reports and timecards
Review reports with customers for work authorization
Coordinate scheduling with the dispatcher
Adhere to occupational health & safety practices
Submit timely billing paperwork and attend training
What You Bring
Requirements
Industrial-environment experience an asset
Electrical, diesel, hydraulic and heavy-duty equipment experience a strong asset
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Able to lift 70 lbs
Able to manage multiple concurrent jobs
Accurate paperwork
Automotive Service Technician / Red Seal Certification an asset
