INSIDE PARTS REPRESENTATIVE – MONCTON

With branches located in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, we are looking for an Inside Parts Representative in Moncton to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Parts Specialist you will be responsible for:

 

· Take parts orders from customers over the phone or counter order.

· Receive parts orders from suppliers.

· Locate and source new parts.

· Assist with annual physical inventory.

· Ship parts to internal and external customers in a timely manner.

· Respond to inquiries from technicians and customers with regard to part status.

· Contact customers when parts arrive.

· Ensure that stock inventory is ordered and received on a weekly basis.

· Sort warranty parts for shipping as per the warranty spreadsheet updates.

· Stock shelves with new inventory.

 

Skill Requirements:

 

· Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

· 3-5 years counter parts sales experience.

· Manage time effectively.

· Ability to understand technical aspect of heavy equipment.

· Ability to be flexible and focus on improving the customer’s requests.

· Demonstrate the ability to organized tasks efficiently and effectively.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

As a Business Process Manager, you will:

· Review current processes, analyzing and completing deep dives on their effectiveness.

· Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for our existing business processes.

· Determine document requirements.

· Write SOP’s, and work instructions for all areas of the business.

· Partner with all departments to improve processes and best practices.

· Initiate and maintain positive relationships with all business units.

· Conduct efficiency audits on all processes.

· Serve as a leader of change management, identifying key opportunities and gaps in core business processes and systems.

· Drive the development and implementation of cost improvements plans consistent with and in support of the strategic plan.

· Implement best practices and acts as a strategic advisor to drive continuous systems and process improvements.

 

Skill Requirements:

 

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, or similar field.

· Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).

· 5+ years’ experience in a Technical Sales and Service industry would be considered an asset.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively within other departments.

· Knowledge of quality control policies.

Account Manager – Nova Scotia

With branches located in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team in Nova Scotia.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing sales assignments. Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers within a defined geographic area
  • Selling new and used equipment, rentals, maintenance programs and other products made available by the company
  • Implementing initiative sales strategies to ensure the organization’s profitability in the products and services sold
  • Identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings
  • Forecasting revenue streams and market share on an annual basis
  • Remaining current on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and advertising trends
  • Travelling on a regular basis is a requirement for this position (with very little overnight travel)

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales focused position is required. Experience in industrial sales is a definite asset
  • Previous sales training is considered a must
  • Completion of a university degree or college diploma in Business Administration and/or Marketing is considered a strong asset
  • A self-starter with a strong leadership ability and a zest for trying new ideas and strategies
  • An ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • An ability to achieve a balance between organizational and customer needs
  • A business acumen with an on-going energy of building a strong customer case
  • An ability to work with a diverse range of customers
  • Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent decision-making skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • A valid Driver’s License and current and suitable Driver’s Abstract

  • Reviewing service reports with the customer and obtaining their authorization with regards to the competition of work.

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment considered a strong asset.
  • Previous electrical, diesel, hydraulic and heavy-duty equipment technical experience considered strong assets.
  • Good analytical skills to diagnose mechanical problems with minimal supervision.

With branches located in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, we are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Dartmouth Branch.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and repairing service equipment.
  • Maintaining mechanical and physical condition of service equipment.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance work.
  • Managing van parts inventory.
  • Maintaining customer’s equipment in a cost-effective manner.
  • Responding to customer requests for service as assigned by the Service Dispatcher.
  • Arriving at the customer’s site in an effort to determine the nature of the problem requiring repair.
  •  
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time.
  • Ability to complete paperwork for multiple jobs accurately and timely.
  • Automotive Service Technician/Red Seal Certification considered an asset.
